Hello! I’m Tiffani, also known as Oling or Babyoling. I’ve been working in the esports industry in Malaysia for 10 years now, with a focus on the Southeast Asian & Chinese scenes.

Outside of my full-time job with Battle Arena Malaysia as their Head of Marketing & PR, I actively involve myself in voluntary association work to fight for the rights and recognition of esports athletes, as well as equity in esports. I wish to change the public’s perception & stigma towards esports, and encourage women’s participation in the field.

In 2018, I founded the “Flight of the Valkyries“, an all-female esports tournament alongside my close friend Kimberry. It is our brainchild, and with it we hope to inspire more female gamers to enter esports.
